Terms for Instagram moderation

CommentCare's general terms apply. This review environment is free of charge for accounts invited by CommentCare. It is operated by Theodor Conrad Borth, Zehenthofgasse 37, 1190 Vienna, Austria.

Account authorization

Connect only a professional Instagram account you own or are authorized to manage. Instagram asks you to grant basic profile and comment-management permissions. You may disconnect in CommentCare or revoke access in Instagram at any time. You are also subject to Instagram's terms.

Comment moderation

CommentCare collects new comment notifications and checks comments approximately every 15 minutes when scanning is enabled. The AI may suggest comments for hiding, but can make mistakes. This review environment does not automatically hide comments until that feature has been tested and explicitly enabled for your account. A manual hide sends a moderation request to Instagram; hidden comments can be restored through CommentCare while access remains available. You remain responsible for decisions made through your account and for any notices owed to commenters.
